Today, I posted on my Facebook wall that I'd gotten into a huge bar fight and had the shit kicked out of me, all to avoid having to tell the truth, namely that I'd stayed home all night because nobody invited me out to party. FML

Maybe no-one invited him in the first place cause he kept lying about what great new years plans he had already to everyone when in fact he had none. I dont know of anyone who invites someone to something when they know they cant come. OP stop lying. It doesnt get you anywhere, now you have to invent more lies as to why you're not covered in bruises seeing as you got the s%^t kicked out of you.

Have you ever considered inviting someone to go out with you? Just because no-one invited you out to party doesn't mean you can't ask someone to do something with you. Better than sitting at home making up lame lies to post on facebook about your night.
