Today, I proudly informed my boyfriend that I am now a size 4, down from an 18, after months of dieting and exercising after he told me he would like me to be a size 6. He broke up with me for "not listening to what he wanted" and "being an overachiever". FML

Today, my boyfriend bought me a pair of jeans. I couldn't fit into them, and he reacted to this by saying I've gotten too fat for him, and he can't be with me anymore. I took them off and saw they were a size 4. I've been a size 8 for the past 2 years, and he knows this. FML

Today, my girlfriend dumped me because I've recently become serious about getting fit, and have lost nearly 84 pounds. Apparently, when I was fat, I made her look smaller in comparison. When I got slimmer, she insisted I either gain the weight back or she'd leave. So she did. FML

Today, my boyfriend broke up with me because I'm now about 15 pounds overweight. When I called him a hypocrite as he's over 40 pounds overweight, he said that his weight didn't matter because "it's the girl's job to look hot." FML

Today, my boyfriend admitted to purposely sabotaging all my weight loss efforts. When I confronted him, he said it’s because he doesn’t want me to get thin and turn into one of those stuck up, snobby, mean girl types that wouldn’t date him in high school. We’re in our 30s dude, get over it! FML

YDI for losing weight for someone else. If you're going to lose any weight, it should be for health. And I'm much more attracted to a size 18 than a 6 or 4. Gross.

if you care so much about health, why are you calling a size 4-6 (a size for a healthy weight) gross and a size 18 (means you are overweight and unhealthy) attractive? wrong.

all that people are saying is that from 18 to 4 is a BIG difference and it might not be healthy to drop quite that much weight. if you did it healthfully, congrats!!!!

Hey. I'm so proud of you that you managed to lose all that weight. And you're better off without that douchebag. But I'm really hoping that it was done healthily, and that you went into the doctor's for a check up afterwards. Cause losing that much in a short period of time can be bad for your heart. And to people saying it's fake. I've seen it happen. And if you lost that much would you not be bragging that you were now a size '4', hence why her bf would know what size she is.
