lol at last 2 comment. Did you consider that OP quit their job to get a better job? Maybe the old job was high demand/stressful. Or maybe OP quit because of both, and now after 2 years OP's boss begging OP to come back. Obviously the boss fk something up and need a scapegoat or have a taste of what OP have to go through 2 years ago.
That's what I was thinking. Plus I don't think you can get unemployment if you quit your job without the reason being hostile work environment or something of that nature. So I'm fairly certain that wasn't his big master plan LOL OP if this kind of crazy is something that is a habit it would've made me quit too. Good luck and no matter what she offers I probably wouldn't go back.
ask for a raise!!!
What's with all the people saying 'get a raise'? I'd get a restraining order.
Work there. Then don't go in for the job. She just wanted you to work there. Problem Solved :)
Just get a restraining order!
Ask for a raise. Milk the opportunity.
At least your boss valued you as a worker enough to not want to lose you. Her behavior is highly disturbing and if I were you, I would have called the police. FYL OP.
The question is why did you quit? She'll leave eventually...I hope

She sounds more like a crazy ex than a crazy boss.
