Not sure why you'd call 911. That wasn't an emergency.
you need a police report on car accidents for insurance and court reasons
Most people don't know about the non-emergency line. Nor do they know what it is. So how on Earth do you expect them to call it?
Now it's time to actually give the cops something to arrest you for.
hit her with your car and drive off
I hope the bank teller loses her job... And her license
People are so mean and rude these days
Well, that's easy enough to prove. Compare the damage on your car to the damage on hers. Now you can have her charged with fleeing the scene of an accident, false accusation (I'm assuming since she hit that alarm), and you can get her fired from her job for abusing the emergency systems. Make it happen and teach that bitch a lesson.
I would not entrust someone like that to handle anyone's money.
They have security cameras all over banks, you'll be fine but guess who will be paying for your car and going to jail for a while for wasting police time and faking a bank robbery.

Wow, that's horrible. I hope you can get your car fixed and anything against you found false.
Photo evidence of the incident should clear you.
