Today, I reached my goal weight. My arms and legs are thin, but my face looks horrible and my belly didn't reduce an inch. FML

It can take a while for fat to redistribute, or you did targeted workouts and missed a few spots!

I don't think that's how it works, you can'tl spot reduce fat

Sounds like you starved yourself like an idiot, instead of lifting weights & eating healthy. When we lack caloric intake our body burns our muscles for fuel before our fat. So we lose size, strength & firmness (biceps, thighs, etc) but keep our flab (gut, boobs, love handles). Not only that but it's very unhealthy to burn your own muscles for fuel (causes insomnia, stresses the kidneys & more). And the more hearty muscles you have the more calories you use in a day, so as you destroy your body you are decreasing your metabolism causing your ideal daily food intake to decrease. Start lifting!! It will slowly rebuild what this stupid crash diet wrecked so you can be healthy, which is the main thing. Strengthens the cardiovascular system. Makes you more durable so you won't put your back out carrying your suitcase or whatever. As you get more buff you will weigh more but be hotter & your clothes will fit better, because muscle is very dense & heavy. Use your mirror or tape measure to check progress- throw out that damn scale. You need a goal size not a goal weight. A 200lb guy can be fat or have a 6-pack. Weight does not tell us much about health or looks. And as you get more buff your increased muscle mass & increased capacity for intense workouts will increase your metabolism so you can eat treats or larger portions without gaining fat (occasionally! of course it's best to stick to tons of veggies & protein in frequent small meals, I don't mean you can a whole pizza lol! I just mean you won't have to be AS strict to trim fat, if buff vs if scrawny, so it's less of a hassle dietarily). The future can be so bright if you just start treating your body right!

This is kind of a stretch, but it's possible you have a disorder like cushing disease. Maybe do some research and talk to your doctor.

i see ab crunches and sit ups in your future lol
