To all the people who think his gay friend is a man, think about it. Gay is not strictly a term for men. If his gay friend dated more women than him, it is obviously a female friend.

To all the people who think his gay friend is a woman, read the frigging FML. It says right there that the friend is closeted. If it were a gay woman dating lots of girls, she wouldn't be closeted, she'd be openly gay. And it wouldn't be an FML for OP to have dated less girls than another person who is into girls. The FML is that even a gay guy, who is not into girls, has dated more girls than OP.

if you think about it, trays not that bad. If your gay friend dated 2 females, he still dated more girls than a happily married man who has been married for 28+ years. but if you haven't had any girls in the past 28 years, then you might be doing something wrong, or aren't pursuing women enough.

Not really. I mean, it depends on the guy. Some, who are effeminate, may become fast friends with girls because they have the same interests. Some, who are more masculine, may be appealing to girls because of the forbidden fruit syndrome. And there are also some socially awkward gay guys who don't really appeal to anyone at first, because they don't know how to communicate. Gay guys are people, just like everyone else. Being gay doesn't make a man instantly charming/well-dressed/musical lover.
