Yes, of course. Who wouldn't be starstruck when they found that they have such an acne-covered face that they can identify constellations? Maybe even the seasons change! (For all you idiots who don't know, it's sarcasm.)

Uh acne,the punishment I had to suffer from age 11-now. Though thankfully it's only some small spots and they are all on my back and upper arms. As a child it was so bad my face was covered in red sore looking pus filled ugly things, when they popped they left scars, I looked like something from a horror film. I'm blessed my face looks so well today

Go to a dermatologist. There are cases of acne where topical medication isn't enough. Some people have acne that doesn't go away in their twenties, and can't be helped with regular in store products. A doctor can tell you how bad it is and give you several different options on what to take.
