It's completely normal for an older woman, because the kegel muscles become less strong with age and therefore make it harder for them to hold in the pee.

Like others have said, you should definitely do kegel exercises. My mom has the same issue as you do, except she's 44, and I told her to do kegels but she says a nurse told her she'd have to put her fingers in her vajay to feel if she was doing them correctly. My mom thought that was absolutely disgusting and would apparently rather pee herself than touch her ******. Don't be like her, OP. Do kegels.
