no vampire can ever be badass and sparkle at the same time....CHUCK NORRIS WOULDN'T ALLOW IT D:< i am sickened and ashamed of where my generation is headed!
I completely agree with #16 like I read the books and loved them I saw the 1st movie and hated and I have yet to see new moon... not all girls out there are freaky obsessed twilight chicks with nothing better to do then salivate over a poster of some actor! and I for one still believe in men even though they are assholes most of the time
I know it disgust me we used to be known as the generation that invented a small device that lets you listen to hundreds and even thousands of songs without even using one disc or tape but now we're that generation that killed the vampire genre by falling in love with incredibly pale, gay teenage, vampires who are afraid to have relationships with women, somwhere dracula is spinning in his coffin.
Because Twilight is shit. The acting is crap, the effects are crap and the storyline is crap. Twilight, overall, is CRAP. I'm just saddened that I'm technically in your generation. If I were a few years older...bah. Yes, it IS "F*ck Our Lives"
The iPod came out in 2001. If you've been using only the iPod and never touched a tape or CD, then you never touched the 20th century and I have to question how old you are. For what it's worth I still use CDs in my car. (Also, I am aware mp3 players pre-date the iPod but I doubt this poster knows that so I neglected to include it in my original comment)
It's okay, the generation right before you were Harry Potter people. Witches...vampires, seems like a logical sequence.
last i checked 1) Harry Potter is still going on and 2) it takes more than 3 years to count as a generation
Harry Potter is way better than Twilight! It had a much better story and everything!
The first book was published in North America in 1998. Thank you for trying though.
Sorry, but how did this get through moderation?
Isn't it sad when a website lets things pass that are based mainly on their opinion, when really to be a good, equal site they shouldn't take their opinions into count? .. If that makes sense, good, because I'm too lazy to write it in say, smarter terms. I'm not even a Twilight fan, and this being posted is just lame.
Yeah, we all have different opinion. But in a different point of view, weather you like TW or not, our generation's madness is about Vampires. And not even real Vampires like Dracula or Coun Whateverhisnameis, no, shiny "perfect" sexy "gay" vampires. And when people refer to them as "gay", I think it's more like "lame vampires". They sparkle and instead of eating humans, they fall in love with an ordinary girl. So what's the message? "A perfect guy can date you even if you're ugly?" And there's no "perfect guy", and little girls are starting to wait for a shiny pale guy to come and save them from an accident. I even have a friend that's sixteen and thought a guy was a real vampire. I mean, come on! We should like something better, but that's just me.

Lol, yeah. Our generation is in love with gay vampires.
So technically "F*CK OUR LIFE" ... Thats so awful...
