Habitually. You habitually stole this person's lunch, and you want, what, sympathy? No. Perhaps if it was a mistake, and the person had packed a dog food sandwich. Or perhaps an act of desperation. Although I'm slightly more inclined to believe this was posted by the one who was having the lunches stolen, so they could read the comments.
