Today, I saw a car swerving in front of me on the freeway, so I whipped out my cell to report the DUI. As soon as it started ringing, I see police lights in my rear view and got slapped with a ticket for using a cell phone while driving. After explaining why, the officer said, "Nice try." FML

When will cell phone use while driving be made completely illegal? Every time someone swerves into my lane, nearly avoids hitting me or someone else, they are on their cell phone. Just be thankful it was a car and not a pedestrian.... ugh, I hate people that attempt to multitask while driving and fail miserably at it. You're going to end up killing someone if you don't stop.
