Try talking to him in a public area that is over between you two if that doesnt work restraining orders are a great thing

Time to double that to 200 miles. At least. And don't register on the voting role, get your new mail redirected via the post office so you don't have to tell any neighbours where you now stay. Oh and buy a big dog. Good luck.
