Today, I received the sweetest love letter from my boyfriend after having a bad day. After gushing about it and reading it to my friends, they said it reminded them of a letter that they'd seen online. He got it from a fill-in-the-blank love letter generator. FML

#7, #8, #9...wtf? From the heart? WHOSE heart? What 'effort'? I put more effort into my breakfast cereal... If passing off an automatically generated love-letter as your own feelings counts as being a good boyfriend, how low would a guy have to stoop with you to be a bad boyfriend?

The point is that he made an effort to cheer the OP, and it actually WORKED until her friends ****** it up. It doesn't take much to make cereal for breakfast and yet it feel good to have it when you're hungry. Some thing's worth don't correlate with the effort it takes.

Stop being an ungrateful whiny witch. FYBF's life for having a wicked witch for a GF. He tried hard to do something nice and make you feel better, and it worked until you showed your true colors. He gave you letter telling his feelings for you, who cares if he didn't write it. Would you have been as picky if he bought you a card? I hope he goes and finds a woman that will love him and the nice things he does with out being a picky nag.

Remember this the next time you pick out the "perfect" card at Hallmark. Someone else wrote the verse, but it fits and is still from the heart. He didn't have to give you anything, so try to be appreciative of his desire to cheer you up.
