hook it up to your computer, go to itunes and press the reset button

Ha, I did that once. If you go on to your iTunes, you can reset it, and then just re-download everything

Happened to me the other day, not fun. Was locked out for 6 hours due to having to reset it to default and backing it up from a previous restore. Lost a LOT of pictures and messages :(
