Your reward? You saved a life.
that sucks :P but you should know that you only give 2 puffs of CPR between each 30 chest thrusts. learned it in CPR last year, and im not even a nurse. lesson learned :) good luck
YDI for not knowing that rescue breaths must go to the lungs, not to the stomach
Well, if you need a reward after helping someone, I do believe you chose the wrong career.
I guess there IS such a thing as a free lunch after all! Did his name happen to be Robin?
well even though that may suck at least u saved life thats the biggest reward of all
being a nurse you should have known that could have happened. you saved a life... how about sounding less self-centered??
To all you bitches out there: He didn't expect some trophy or shit, he just explained it in a way that he was hoping for a couple thank you's and was puked on instead. So instead of being some selfish bitch, you could maybe think for once in your life?

i think saving a life might be a reward
agree with everyone else. So you had to deal with an unappealing part of your job. I think it's worth it if it means saving someone's life.
