i totally support this and i am a girl. considering the amount of fml's where seemingly faithful and caring guys do lovely things for their girlfriends and pretty much simultaneously discover that they are being cheated on... who can blame him for being cautious? he was even discreet about it and didn't immediately overreact by making a huge scene before getting the facts. it's an fml because it sounds like he likely ended up watching his brother and best friend having sex of some sort. which i imagine would be traumatizing for anyone. it is rare that anyone wants to watch a family member in that position.

An unfortunate situation... but still, YDI for putting a camera in someone else's room. (Which *is* illegal, by the way.)
