I had the same issue . One day I went to school and was called Zitzilla and all kinds of other mean things . What helped me was cutting out dairy products for a little while . So yeah I was basically a vegan until my acne cleared up .

Might be inflammation. Try cutting out the processed food. If that doesn't work, try dairy. If that doesn't work, try wheat.
