That depends completely on who you send it to. Some people appreciate flowers, some people think it's a nice deed. Just because you think it's pathetic doesn't mean everybody else does.

How is it stupid and pathetic? If he's constantly bothering her and she's made it clear she wants him to stop then I'd understand her reaction. Otherwise, it was a sweet gesture and he didn't deserve that at all. If I didn't have a boyfriend, I'd personally love it if a secret admirer sent me flowers.
