Today, I went to a theme party where everyone wore white shirts and brought markers to draw on them. I didn't know many people there but I still went around drawing on people's shirts. After a few hours, someone finally drew on my shirt. They wrote "I'm scary." FML

FYL because most of us would have told you how cool we thought the picture was. YDI because I've been in the place of the people you thought were your friends, and it really -is- creepy to be on that side. Then again, I don't know the full story, but if you considered them your friends before they'd even heard your name like the the girl in my situation, then maybe take a minute to evaluate your true role in all of your social groups.

It's the "they never saw me as their friend" that made me vote FYL. It can really hurt to think you're friends with someone only to realize that you've never properly been one of the gang. You'll find some other friends who deserve you.

OP, I will gladly be your friend. I discuss zombie apocalypses with my friends all the time. I think it would be cool if you drew us together fighting zombies or destroying humans, whichever side you put us on is good with me.
