Today, I spent two hours filling out an online application and questionnaire for a potential employer. The application stated that there were no right or wrong answers and to answer truthfully. I was automatically rejected. FML

There are no right or wrong answers, but they are looking for somebody to work for them. So if the question was "Do you drink?" and you put "Yes, even while driving" the answer is not wrong, but you won't get the job :/

If at first you don't succeed, you aren't Chuck Norris.

If you recently lost your job, and one of the questions was "Can you drive a golf cart?", it is normal you were rejected. Word spreads fast. FYL

But that guy obviously didn't know how to drive a golf cart, it's no wonder, he just started after a brief stint as a dishwasher

Never answer those truthfully if you want to get a job. Don't exaggerate too much either, though. Tell them what they want to hear, but make it believable.

Maybe you were just not a good fit, that doesn't mean you answered wrong or do illegal things. Look at it as a professional dating service: You and the position were not a match. Or they already had even better matches on file and the position won't settle for less...

You're supposed to give them what they want to hear.

**** THEM, OP, YOU DON'T NEED THEM. You're a superstar.

They figured I'd you took two hours to answer three questions, you are just too stupid to work there. Especially if two of the questions are what is your name and what is your address?

What... is your name? What... Is your quest? What... Is your favourite colour?

That "no wrong answers" should have been a red flag for you. Just because they say that doesn't mean you can use "Snooki" as an answer to anything.

It's ok, I can converse in my sleep... I told my friend the chickens were everywhere and coming to get me... He told me to make fried chicken and I laid back down

Hello. I think you're lost. Try the next FML along.
