So are you angry because your teacher had a different idea of which poem was better, or because you're jealous of your friend? Entirely your own fault either way. Just be happy you wrote two good poems.

There are actually teachers that grade things based on the student's character. Your friend might not be very good at writing, so your teacher might have seen that paper as his best. Karma, though.
