Today, I was woken up to my mom playing the piano awfully. I screamed down the stairs "you suck, stop playing!" Turns out it was my 5 year old cousin playing a recital. For my entire family. FML

Today, my neighbors called the police and said that they saw, through the window, a suspicious person in my house doing something to my piano. The "suspicious person" was me, in my own house, playing my own piano. FML

Today, I was playing piano for a wedding rehearsal. Bored, I decided to pass the time playing through a book of music I found in the piano bench. Some time later the bride turned to me and screamed at me to stop. I had turned the page and had begun to play "Let's Call The Whole Thing Off." FML

As a pianist, I haven't felt so much sympathy for anyone on the site so far as much as you. Hope your piano is OK, hope your parents aren't.

I'm a music student (voice and piano), and I have to admit that this is one of my fantasies... But still, FYL. If it's really your piano (gift or purchased), that's incredibly inconsiderate of them to do that to you... especially while you were home.
