Today, my girlfriend and I got into a huge fight. She kicked me out of the apartment and told me to never come back. Devastated, I waited outside of the apartment door for hours, hoping she'd reconsider. I ended up falling asleep. I woke up to her foot stomping on me, screaming, "I meant it!" FML

What's funny is that if the genders had been reversed, and the guy had smacked the woman when she dumped him, all hell would break loose. I haven't gone through all the comments here so I hope to God that no one has said something along the lines of "suck it up she's just a girl" or "man up" etc. Abuse is abuse no matter who is doing it.
