Don't tell your neighbour what hotel you're staying at.

I like this woman. She is a doer. She doesn't tell soft jokes for a laugh. If she says it, she means it!

When ever someone asks me that i always say sure if you can fit into my suitcase so they know that i am really joking and avoid this situation

As long as she's paying her own way, I don't see the problem. It might be GOOD to go with someone you know in case one of you does something weird or random that could get you in trouble. Sort of like the buddy system when you go to a bar.

At least she didn't start making plans to break into your house.

I find a lot of people don't know when you are kidding or not. Enjoy your time I guess. Who knows.. Your neighbour could end up being a fun travel partner. Here's hoping!

We have had a neighbor do this. Twice. Well, 3 times if you count the upcoming vacation this summer. One of these days my parents will realize that if they don't want him going, stop "joking" because he will come! That's just how some people are apparently

If you know her extremely well and get along with her, then she could have easily misunderstood your joke. Or she just doesn't understand a joke. Either way.

Push them off the plane and run!
