Today, I took a shower after I finished typing an important essay I've been working on for days. My computer illiterate mum shut the computer down when I was gone, without saving a thing. When I confronted her, she yelled at me for "wasting electricity". FML

Today, I accidentally left my bedroom light on all day. When I got home, my mum screamed at me for wasting electricity. This is the same woman who leaves the TV on all day while she’s at work, all so our dogs have something to watch and won't be “bored”. FML

Today, my mother called me "wasteful" because I left the refrigerator door open and that "electricity money doesn’t grow on trees." This is the same person who lets my little sister have her light on all night, because she’s scared of the dark. FML

Today, I woke up early, went to the gym, then came home and showered. When I went into my room to change, my mom woke up and started pounding on my door, screaming about how lazy and useless I was for sleeping so late. When I tried to tell her otherwise, she grounded me for "talking back". FML

Why didn't you save it before you went to shower? Saving takes 5 seconds, and especially if you have people in your house who don't know how a computer works. Have fun retyping that.

Some wise man once said, stupidity has no limits.. You my friend, has unlimited quantity of that. In fact your mom is more intelligent in a sense that she did thought of "saving" electricity". And you; wrote a whole essay and did not save... Who's illiterate now?
