Flee. Run fast, run far. The last guy who refused to acknowledge when I tried to break up with him turned out to be psychotic and abusive. Even if yours isn't a psycho, walk away. He has no say in whether or not you dump him, you don't want to be with someone you dump them its over, thats how it works. If he wants to talk it out and see if you want to try fixing things, thats one thing, but simply saying No is not an option. If you live together, then start looking for someplace or look into whether you have to evict him to get him out of your house. Otherwise? Just stop answering his calls or opening the door if he comes over. Normally I'm against that sort of thing, but if you've told him its over then there's no room for confusion about why you'd be avoiding.. so go for it. Also, I agree about the Coupling comments :)

That's hilarious. He's awesome for actually convincing you that by saying "no", you can't break up with him.

ha...same thing happened to me...i ended up staying with for two more weeks before i broke it off for good...of course he begged me not to but i couldnt stand the relationship anymore...anyways, he ended up stalking me...so bad i had to quit my job and change my phone number, so good luck with that :)
