Today, I've been sick with both a chest cold and a sore throat. As a result, I've also been dehydrated, causing me to have a headache. Whenever I cough, I feel like my throat is being ripped apart and my head is about to explode. FML

Today, after blacking out from fever, I found out that the reason I've been feeling so sick is that I've somehow come down with pneumonia, strep, and the common cold all at the same time. FML

Today, I came down with painful sores in my mouth, just after having gotten over a cold. Apparently I'm allergic to the cough drops I've been eating for the past week to make myself feel better. FML

Pink eye, white throat

Today, I'd finally had enough of feeling awful and went to urgent care. As it turns out, the reason my throat was sore was because I have a sinus infection. The doctor explained my nose is producing pus, and that's what I'm swallowing and coughing up. Yuck. I also have pink eye on top of that. FML

Today, I'm sick with the worst head cold of my life. For some reason whenever I cough, I also fart. Everyone thinks I'm just trying to cover up flatulence with fake coughing. FML

Today, I woke up with really sore abs; not from working out at the gym, but because I've been coughing for 3 days straight and nothing is helping. Now every time I cough, it physically hurts. FML

Today, I had a cold and was vomiting. I sneezed really hard, smacking my nose onto the toilet seat. I woke up a few minutes later with my nose bleeding, painful, and still stuffy. FML

Today, I woke up with a sore throat and a stuffy nose. As my boss is an asshat who hates allowing sick leave, I thought I could power through it, but halfway through my workday I sneezed so hard that I threw my back out. I had to go home early and now I can't move without pain. FML

Today, I have a tooth infection that's spread to my jaw and ear. It hurts so badly that I'm practically in tears. Today's also the day I found out I'm allergic to the medication I was prescribed. Everything hurts, I'm covered in hives, and I can't stop throwing up. FML

Today, I'm stuck in bed with a fever, aches, and nasty cough. My kids and husband had it too, and kept coughing without covering their mouths, despite my asking several times so I wouldn't get sick. FML

totally know the feeling, but you can easily avoid it just by wearing thick sweaters with a cap, even if you're hot. Typical syndrome of running around sweating in the cold.

I was like this over Christmas/New Year break.. My nose was super stuffed up so I couldn't taste/smell ANYTHING, my throat hurt like hell, I was coughing up my lungs, I had a headache, I had a fever, and the worst part was on New Year's Eve I was still pretty sick, but my boyfriend was over to celebrate with me and my family and I felt guilty for not feeling up to being all hyper and shit. FYL, OP. Get better soon :)

I usually drink soda when I have a sore throat & it helps. It also makes you thirstier so you'll drink water, which is what you're supposed to do when you have a sore throat.. Just my opinion.

I had that for an entire week.. Good luck! (idk about you but all the medicine I tried didn't work) If your like me your gonna have a hell of week! Have fun! ?
