If you're anything like my wife, it's because he's already accepted the fact that he knows he's not going to get anything from you except an argument. Which is depressing. Which lowers his blood-pressure.

She got in the shower to join him. I feel bad for her. It sucks being in a relationship with someone who losses interest. Not saying that's the case but she still felt rejected, I'm sure.
