Today, I walked into my roommate's room to ask him a question, only to see a pitcher with over a pint of urine in it sitting on his bookcase. This is at least the fifth conversation in a year I've had with him about not peeing in containers in his room. FML

I have peed in cups and bowls before. Normally because I do not want to wake my sleeping husband with opening the door or flushing the toilet. One time he found out about my habit and told me I didn't live with my mother anymore. I wasn't going to get beat for waking him up. So I don't do that anymore. Sometimes there is a history to what people do. Jus sayin.

I knew someone like that except they kept their excrement and urine in containers that he stored in the freezer. No one could get through to him that this was unsanitary and gross....he wasn't mentally ill either. Hopefully OP got through to their roommate in the end.
