Why would you use a used toothbrush to clean a vibrator. That would 1) Potentially scratch the vibrator creating gashes and edges 2) potentially add even more germs and bacteria to a vibrator rather than clean it (There are more nasties inside a persons' mouth than inside her ******). And finally, if you combine the two the bacteria can hide within the little tiny scratches to breed and grow which she will proceed to stick inside her. The little scratches will end up creating MANY tiny scratches inside her from repetitive use Either this is totally fake or your sister just potentially screwed herself for the rest of her sexual life.

#18's idea is my favorite. I ran cross country and track for years, and we used lots of icy hot and similar products. One time a bunch of my teammates put some on and then forgot to wash their hands before using their hands to aim while taking a pre-race piss.
