Remember how patient your parents were when they teached you things when you were little! It was hundred times more effort!
Plot twist: His grandpa has a hearing aid
Donmt worry OP. He'll get the hang of it in no time! My gran is 85 and recently got a tablet. It took her a little while to understand how the internet and email works (she figured the tablet out in less than a week, she now knows more about tablets than I do...) but now she's been mailing me pictures, videos and recipes non stop. You can expect some lovely selfies from your granddad soon!
I recently had to teach my dad how to use skype, so I feel your pain, OP!
Volume Controls are hard!
Just wait until you get into applications...
pain
I hope he just doesn't get frustrated and angry lol I can't even go five minutes explaining my dad's iPad to him without him getting angry X_x
I feel your pain. Last year we got my grandfather (who is 96) an iPad because he decided he wanted to go on the internet. He doesn't remember things too well, so every weekend my step-father has to show him how to access the internet again and again and again. I'm happy that my grandpa is trying, but he also gets kinda angry when he doesn't understand things, so every explanation session he asks for usually includes him yelling about how the manufactures are stupid because they don't make things meant to be used by "his age group." Here's me hoping it doesn't turn out like that for you...

have fun! and be patient, you know how old people are with technology! it's understandable... somewhat.
Cherish these moments, as annoying as they may be. He won't be around forever. Make fond memories :)
