LMFAO. Nice one, son. Haha.
Hair-triggers only require a couple ounces of pressure to fire. Regardless, YDI for not clearing the chamber SAFELY, but her dad should've known better than to give an idiot a loaded gun. Breach open, safety on. Remember that OP, and your days in court will be few.
only in America would you have to worry about this.
First why is it loaded and second you could put the magasine in a drawer
Her father was a moron for having a loaded gun in the house. I've never heard the "don't put your finger on the trigger" rule, I sure as hell have heard the "never have the gun loaded unless you're actually about to fire it" rule though. Though #60 was right in saying you should still treat a gun as loaded until you're sure it's not.
her dad should have kept the guns lock up. and you should not have been playing with them. guns are not toys. you're lucky that all you shot is the floor. when I was little, my best friend was playing with his dads guns and accidentally shot his little brother in the face with a shotgun and it killed him. you should think about the possible consequences next time.

You shouldn't be fingering another guy's rods right in front of their own daughters. Accidental discharges will have many negative consequences.
This whole scenario is wrong on so many levels. At least it was only the floor, however.
