Today, I was at Target trying on swimsuits. I tried on a medium bottom and was so excited because it fit perfectly even though I've gained a few pounds. My self-esteem was at an all-time high until my mom told me I could never fit into a medium. I rechecked the tag. It was an extra large. FML

you should sit on your mom, that should teach her a lesson.

The size on the tag doesn't matter as long as the clothes fit well and you feel comfortable with the way you look.

Target clothing ALWAYS runs small. I usually wear a medium, but in the Target juniors section I need a large for most of their clothes. Also for swimsuit bottoms there I'll wear a large or even extra large sometimes because they're very low cut. So that doesn't mean that she's fat or that she doesn't know her size. A lot of these comments are coming from guys who don't understand how girls' sizes work anyway. They're different at almost any store, and what size we wear can differ immensely from place to place, especially in juniors sections.

101, you dumbshit! When did I say I was fat? When did I even hint at it, you dumbass? You just assume that anyone who defends a fat person is fat? And how do I not have a life? Cause I make a comment once in awhile? In that case, you don't have a life either for commenting! Funny you say I'm "Talking shit about the comments I don't agree with", cause aren't you talking shit by calling me a retard or a pathetic **** because you don't agree with me? Pratice what you preach, dammit! And what words did I mispell? Would you care to point it out? Fatty McFatterson... clever. Look, if you're gonna call me fat, come up with something good like "tub of lard" or "McDonalds waste dump". Even though you're only assuming I'm fat, at least be witty about it!

You know, I'm just refreshing this page every few minutes to see what goes on between Mulada and shameonmedude.

106, I agree. It's quite amusing. I must admit, it's really fun to argue, even over the internet.

Maybe it's just your butt/thighs? My friend has to wear an XL at the bottom because of that, but she has to wear an M on top. She's shaped kind of like Kim Kardashian, so maybe you are, too? I don't know, I'm sorry, sweetie. If it really bothers you that much, do something about it. FML can't help you, only you can help yourself and this is not helping you lose weight by sitting here complaining about it to us. Good luck, though. :)

I actually thought Fatty McFatterson was kinda funny, but that's just me. Anyways OP, if your comfortable with yourself you should wear whatever the hell you want regardless of what anyone thinks. There I said my piece. Anger management issues much Mulada?

Lol, "a few pounds". Do you even know the difference between a Medium and an EXTRA LARGE? Thats like 6-7 inches on the waste. Man you really gained "a few pounds".

110, my brother once used the term "Fatty McFatFat the Fat", so I hope that tides you over. No, I don't have anger management issues *throws brick at wall* I just can't stand people like that. I will not rest until everyone of them is eradicated from the internet! Just kidding, I'm just in it for fun.
