Today, I was at the gym. I'm 360 lbs and have finally decided it's time to change that. Some girl and her two bitch friends thought it'd be fun to follow me and belittle me at everything I did. When I mentioned it to the staff, they said that they were just "encouraging" me. FML

They have problems that hitting the gym won't fix. Hang in there, OP.

Bring headphones and listen to music and ignore anyone who says anything mean. But I would still keep trying to speak to a higher up that will take these issues seriously

Use being larger to your advantage and out lift the powerlifters it's what I did and still do great way to make you feel more confident to brush of the people

I hate girls (or anyone of the sort) like that. They do this then turn around and say that they're "helping" overweight people lose more weight and complimenting them won't help.

Seriously you're 360 just knock them the **** out and find a new gym

Don't pay attention to them. do what's best for you, you're worth it and they're not worth your time!

It's okay op, stay strong. You might be able to change your weight, but they will never stop being jerks. What goes around comes around.

RUDE!!! Keep going anyway and show them what you got!!! SCREW them OP!! You got this!!! : )

Good for you. Don't stop doing what you're doing. They obviously have insecurity issues of thier own and are looking for a target.......but if it keeps up smack the closest loudmouth bitch right in the kisser and see if her friends keep talking lol

Hey good for you for taking initiative and going to the gym in the first place. I never understood why buff/fit people go to gyms. It's like going to school when you already have a master's degree.

I'm fit and I workout 6-7 times a week. Just because you've reach your goal body doesn't mean you keep it forever. You have to maintain it. That includes continuing to eat clean and workout. OP - I respect your effort. I would never harass someone at the gym and if I were there, I'd bitch them out
