Today, I was at the gym. I'm 360 lbs and have finally decided it's time to change that. Some girl and her two bitch friends thought it'd be fun to follow me and belittle me at everything I did. When I mentioned it to the staff, they said that they were just "encouraging" me. FML

They have problems that hitting the gym won't fix. Hang in there, OP.

Find a new gym. The staff is just as disrespectful of the people who made fun of you.

Ugh, that's awful. Don't give up, OP. <3

You're awesome and don't let pea brained idiots convince you otherwise.

Most gyms have memberships. Pull yours. **** that; the gym I go to is all about encouragement they should listen to you. Especially if you pay money.

As a gym rat, I've always said it is far easier to stay in shape than it is to get in shape. Because of this, I have far more respect for anyone who is pushing through the challenge of getting inshape than I do for anyone who is maintaining it. Good on you OP, and keep up the good work

just say you are working on it right now. (and good job BTW keep going don't let those still D hos win). then say since I'm fat and here working on it when are they going to get surgery to fix them selves. when they say they don't need plastic surgery. say I was talking about the lobotomy. boom mic drop.

That doesn't sound like Canada

people like that make me sick. bring headphones so you can tune them out. keep up the good work :)

Good for you for trying to take care of yourself, OP! And if it's a chain-style gym, you should complain to corporate. If it's locally-owned, see if you can put in a complaint to the owner or general manager. For the staff not to help you when you're being bullied is just not okay. I'm not normally the complainer type, but you deserve respect!

that's when you take matters into your own hands. keep up the good work. I lost 130lbs
