Bench pressing 45 pounds is a lot harder than just merely lifting it, jsyk. Also, poster has never done it before. Give them a break.
I bet more than half the people on here that say they can bench more than that bench WRONG. Lifting up the bar and barely moving it down does not count, you have to bring it down to basically where its a few inches about your chest to get the full effects, otherwise you are just cheating and it will do nothing for your muscle growth.
I didnt know let let 4 year olds on the computer
I'm 14 and I can bench 235..... Honestly, who gives a shit what you guys can bench? It's about this guy, and I'm still under the impression that he either started with 45 and got pinned under 135 or so, OR that he was confused about how many reps to do so he did it to failure. I mean, Christ, you guys are ripping him apart!
i hope you are a girl.

you dont deserve that bc it is my assumption that 98% of the population can lift a 45 lb barbell. 7-12 yr olds included. Spotter next time homeboy. Always when trying new exercises and eat that protein mix after workouts. Sounds like you need to gain some weight and muscle
Don't be so pathetic next time.
