Today, I was at the orthodontist. As the lady was clipping my brackets, she missed and clipped my gums instead. She looked at me and said, "Oh sorry, you're bleeding really badly. See, I got these fake nails put on and I guess I'm just not used to them. Let me try again." She missed. FML

Today, I went to the school dentist for the yearly routine check. She took ages trying to clean out my teeth with the metal toothpick-thing, constantly hitting my gums. After half an hour of pain and spitting blood, she looks up and says, laughing: "Oh, I forgot to put my glasses on". FML

Today, my orthodontist thought it would be a good idea to put braces on the teeth in the very back. One bracket popped off twice, after which he shoved a metal band in my mouth onto one of my teeth, cutting my gums, and causing gushing blood. Now, I can’t eat anything unless it’s baby food and I have a lisp. FML

Today, I went to the dentist for a routine check-up, and halfway through the appointment, the dentist exclaimed, "Oops!" Turns out, he accidentally glued my lips together while fixing a tiny chip in my front tooth. I spent the next two hours communicating through exaggerated facial expressions and hand gestures. FML

Today, I went to my new dentist to get my teeth cleaned. He kept getting distracted, causing him to repeatedly stab me in the gums. He then had the nerve to tell me that I need to brush more, due to how I was bleeding just from his "routine examination". FML

Today, during a brutal two and half hour dental procedure, the dentist kept saying my gums were inflamed, and bleeding a lot. The clichéd "You need to floss more!" tirade. After she was done, my gums were purple, bruised, and had a visible cut on them. But sure, the bleeding was from me not flossing enough. FML

At my last orthodontist appointment I had the obviously new girl working in my mouth. Admittedly I have chubby cheeks, but nobody else there had ever clipped them. After slipping and stabbing the back of my mouth a few times I finally told her that she was hurting me, to which she replied, "I'm not even touching the back of your mouth. Not only did she do that, but she also kept slipping off of my brackets and into my gums which started bleeding at one point. She still kept believing that she wasn't STABBING ME IN THE MOUTH. Finally, when tears were starting to come to my eyes, I sat up and told her that I'd been going to that orthodontist for 6 years, and nobody else had managed to stab me that many times in one appointment. I GOT SCOLDED FOR TELLING HER TO STOP STABBING ME.

daaang, is she serious? that's my main fear everytime i go to get my braces tightened. i always feel like whoever is tightening them will cut my gums. but anyway, that bitch should be fired. and she had the nerve to try AGAIN?

Aww no good. I've always hated dental places. Something similar happened to me a few years ago. I was getting a filling and the lady looks into my mouth, kinda pokes around and then proceeds to yell out the door to another dentist "Hey can you help me out? I don't know what I'm doing!"
