The problem with your idea is that for many STD's guys don't show symptoms and can't be tested for. Like HPV.

I'm no longer surprised at the lack of knowledge here. 1) Condoms do not prevent STDs/STIs. Yes, they help protect against them, and you should always use them. However, you can still contract STDs/STIs with a condom. 2) Someone contracting one doesn't mean they sleep around. Stop judging.
