my brother is like that except for wheat but he's also allergic to a bunch if random other food, most grasses, trees, dogs and cats but not so allergic to dog and cats so we can have pets. he eats all organic stuff we even just recently found chocolate he can have the brand is "good life" that sucks that that happens to you I always read labels for new food he can have.
