Today, I was forced to spend an extra $318 for another plane ticket to Dallas. The ticket wasn't for my daughter, my mom, or my sister, but for the quarter of my butt that apparently needs its own seat. FML

Today, I paid $140 extra to get more comfort during a flight. The man behind me was so tall that his legs didn't let me recline the seat, and complained every time I tried to during the night. FML

Today, I found out that my dad paid for my sister's friend's airplane ticket so she could attend my sister's wedding. I would have been there myself, but I couldn't afford the airplane ticket. FML

Today, I was supposed to fly home for my dad's funeral, but the woman in the seat next to me was so obese, her bulging flesh left absolutely no way for me to sit in my seat. I complained to the stewardess, who then forced me to leave the plane just for raising my voice in frustration. FML

Today, my daughter found out there was a vacant seat left in first class on our flight and damn if she didn’t pounce on the opportunity to get bumped up into it so fast, because she, “like, deserved a break.” She left me in economy class for a 10-hour flight with her 3 year old and 1 year-old with teething pain. FML

Today, I was flying back home from college with my Mom. At the airport, the ticket agent tells us she only has one ticket listed for Margaret. My mom and I have the same name. American Airlines thought a Margaret had bought two tickets by mistake, so they cancelled one of the transactions. FML

Sorry OP, but YDI. Why should someone else pay full price for the seat next to you, when they don't even get the whole seat. Definitely not fair to that person. So, sucks for you, but really, there are so many options out there to help you lose weight, you can't possibly have tried all of them. I don't really think there's any excuse at all for being so large you are unable to fit in a single seat.

Okay, I don't have air conditioning in my apartment. My building is older than central air, and our windows are all screwy, so a window unit doesn't fit in the window correctly. I tried working out in my apartment once and almost passed out. Also, I really don't feel the need to lose any weight at all right now. I'm not procrastinating, I'm being reasonable. It's too hot now, so I'll do it when it isn't going to give me a heats stroke.
