I know what planking is I just don't know why people do it. It is just another stupid fad that will eventually fade away. Some people say it is tied to how the slave bodies were "stacked on the boat" then wouldn't that be called stacking? I read that it's tie to slavery is the way the slaves slept on wood plank beds during the middle passage. Some guy also said it originated from a radiohead video. Either way it is stupid. 'owling' and 'batting' are equally stupid. With one exception-batting actually has some heath benefits to it. It could help realign your spine. But that wont do much good if you fall and beak your neck in the process. Some people think planking helps build core strength and that is why they do it. To those people I say this-do crunches! Much more effective and you don't look like an idiot doing it. Sorry to ramble-I just think this particualr FML is F-ing retarded. FYL- NO! F your moms life for having such a dumb shit kid.
