least she is being safee
Exactly right. At least she would be having SAFE sex, and isn't going to get pregnant. And anyone saying she doesn't care about STD's- just because she's on the pill does not mean she wouldn't be using a condom. She could be putting those health classes to use and using both. Whether she's taking the pill for sex/potential sex or period reasons, good for her.
OP is a guy. Guy's don't think about things like cramps and period regulation and shit like that. We take birth control pills at face value and think of it as a method of prevention and that's it. Parents replied "Sex is [a] beautiful thing," which implies that their daughter is not taking it for medical reasons. Also, it is safe to assume that the parents already knew she was taking birth control. As far as I know, not a lot of doctors prescribe birth control without parental consent. The sister also doesn't exactly have the methods to pay for it. Minors get shitty jobs with shitty hours and shitty pay. However, OP, you were in the wrong to not only snoop through your sister's stuff, but to also rat her to your parents. If you had a genuine concern, you would have spoken directly to your sister. Instead you told your parents, expecting her to get the same reaction you got when you couldn't shove your dick in your pants fast enough.
actually as far as sexual contraceptives go doctors can give it without parents permission. I started getting mine at planned parent hood when i was 16, and it was also free since i was a minor and did not want it showing up on my parents insurance, its called the "good cause" clause. It would be against confidentiality to get the parents involved.
Oh? Ah, well, I was just assuming on that aspect. Thanks for correcting me.
First of all, why were you in her room? Second of all, why were you going through her stuff? Having birth control does not mean she's having sex. Also, would you rather her be safe while having sex or not? You're an asshole brother. Good job, tattle-tale.
Maybes she left it out on her counter? Maybe they are really close? Perhaps she asked him to get something from her room? It's funny how quick people are to assume
Beat them with ur *****
I guess girls in your house are allowed to have sex Adopt me?
YDI for not minding your own business, for getting caught, and for using terms like "pleasuring myself." As others have stated birth control pills aren't only used for birth control, and since your parents weren't surprised they probably already knew. Maybe they were just messing with you when they said "Sex is beautiful thing" because it has nothing to do with you.
