Hmm, my boyfriend would do that as a joke, but it would certainly lead to me becoming in the mood. Or bether, I would do that 1) as a joke, 2) to make sure my beloved one isn't teasing me and my almost neverending sexual needs. But you aren't me, so I would say FYL, because he disappointed you.
