Today, I was on the phone with my girlfriend. Just as she said "I love you", the credit on my phone runs out. She now thinks that I've purposely hung up on her. She refuses to speak to me until I tell her the real reason I hung up. FML

FYL for having an insecure girlfriend. If you can't get her to listen and reason with you that's a bad sign. Could get worse farther down the road, maybe it's just best to say goodbye.

YDI for having a phone that uses credit. YDI for having a girlfriend. YDI for deserving it.

My thoughts exactly, unless she's like 12 she needs to wise up and chill a bit, lol.

The real reason is that his credits ran out, which his gf doesn't believe.

I think if she believed him, this post wouldn't be up.

Your girlfriend needs a pimp slap, she's to uptight!

Brian, the only moron is you. I agree with the Empirical Overlord. What is more likely- that the phone just HAPPENED to hang up at exactly the wrong moment, or that OP made that up as an excuse for his own insecurity and fear of commitment?

I have a three step program. 1. kick her in the face for being dumb 2. buy a real phone 3. slap your left ******** because your not smooth enough to even talk your way out of a hang up problem. nub

should just give her a swiftkickintheA

Yeah, I agree that the second choice is still more likely, but still, this is FML. If you haven't been on much, then bad things with about 1% chance of happening still happen to people here ALL THE TIME. And plus, just because the second is more likely, doesn't mean the first is impossible to happen. It actually could've happened. Think before you speak.

from what you are saying it sounds like she's long distance. this is a good reason for her to get pissed; translation she's accepting collect calls from another.
