Today, I was out to dinner with a friend I had a crush on. The whole time, he was flirting with the waitress while I was trying to get him to notice me. When we got the check, he looked at her and said, "She's not my girlfriend, I only go out with pretty girls. So, can I have your number?" FML

Your "friend" is a jerk and not really your friend if he's willing to insult you to hit on some other chick. You're so much better off without him and can do so much better. In fact, you've actually been blessed with a rare opportunity to show him exactly how hot you are before telling him he messed up and telling him buh-bye.
