Yes, I am aware that I can view the FMLs without the illustration; but I agree, they just aren't being portrayed properly! I think the whole point of an illustrated FML should be to guess the situation, and in this case, I just don't see it. I'm not liking the illustration- not to be rude. Eh, what the hell; that was totally and completely rude! Sorry!

I don't know why everyone is so bitter against art teachers. Maybe people here just need to take some self-perspective and realize that they really aren't that great, maybe the teachers weren't plotting against you because they had no talent of their own. My teachers were great. The took the effort to talk to each student on their level of skill, not just one sweeping style. Was I criticized? Yes. Did I then make an effort to fix my mistakes? Yes. Granted I wasn't the most serious of artist, but I still appreciated their input.

"art is never finished, only abandoned." and on the other hand.... you shouldn't become so attached to your work in the first place. especially as a student. one of our art professors threatened to destroy our work if we did so HAHAHA.

based on your illustration you obviously have some skill so if you spent some time on something its probly really good.

I agree with #113. If the illustrated ones ruin the FML's for you, just don't look at them. You chose to click on it.
