I could totally understand this FML if English isn't your first language. But if it is, see the above comments.
What if they have a learning disability? Something like dyslexia. Those things do exist and are real.
They should have said that then.
You should keep going to that kindergarten. Not as a teacher!
learn better english mexicant
It's alright OP, some kids are pretty bright
It's not a big deal. Learning how to read is overrated anyways
Wtf
When I was in school, kindergarten was between ages 4-5 so you're between 12-15 . . . Just pay attention in class and you should be fine
Why are people voting that they deserved it? Am I the only person who has friends and loved ones who have dyslexia? It's a very frustrating disorder. I could be wrong, but I assumed OP might have it as well.
It's Kindergarden. Maybe if it was eighth grade or something people wouldn't YDI
@64 do you think that it just pops up out of the blue one day? I have a issues with numbers. I read them and write them starting with the last number and to the first number. When I was in kindergarten I had no idea it was wrong to read it and write it in that way. it was not until middleschool that I told someone about it.
It doesn't matter if they are kindergarten-level words... If they're jumbled and backwards, then they are jumbled and backwards.

An education might be in order.
You need to go back to school. Right now.
