Today, I was reading a picture storybook to a kindergarten kid. She could pronounce more words than me, and corrected me. I'm about triple her age. FML

Are you sure you're triple her age? You can't read, let alone do multiplication!

Unless this storybook is written in a language you're newer to and still learning, I think this is a poster story for "stay in school, kids."

Triple her age? So that makes you about 12?

Jeff Foxworthy called and says he wants you in his new TV show: "Are You Smarter Than A Kindergartner?"

Looks you are not a teacher anymore in That room

Hey, OP here. Loving all the comments. I'm actually a straight A student in everything, including english, and I don't have any learning disabilities. It wasn't a dr seuss book, but it may as well be by the way it was written. In my defence, the girl could have read the book over multiple times and learnt how to read all the words. I do have a bit of an accent and have trouble with pronunciation, and I don't often read out loud. I'm taking the advise of reading for an hour everyday. I'm also still in school, and am looking to become a doctor. And most kindergarten kids are around the age of 5
