Today, I was reminded that I used by dad's camera all summer to take naked pictures for boyfriend when my dad sent me an email saying: "FYI: when you delete pictures directly off the camera they get uploaded as trash files when the camera is connected to the computer." He saw them all. FML

Today, I checked an old photosharing account. I got a new phone last year and didn't realize all the pictures I took with the new phone would still automatically upload to my account. Unknowingly, I posted naked pics of myself online. Not one of my friends told me. FML

Today, I took sexy pictures for my boyfriend while at my aunt's house. I uploaded the pictures and after successfully posting them in a message, I deleted them. I accidentally deleted the whole photo library. Now she's taking the computer to Apple tomorrow to recover the "lost" photos. FML

Today, my wife gave me back my camera which she took on vacation to visit her parents with our 2-year old. I noticed the picture sequence had big gaps in the numbering. I ran an undelete on the card, and found 80+ pictures of her naked with another guy in her mom's bedroom. FML

Today, I got home from a family trip to Disney World. I had taken nearly 300 photos of our trip on my new digital camera. As our car pulled into the driveway, I was using my camera to try to delete one unflattering shot of me. I accidentally deleted every picture off the memory card. FML

Today, I copied some files to my phone while borrowing my grandfather's laptop. As I selectively deleted the files from the recycle bin, I noticed some pictures, and ended up seeing way more than I wanted to of his erect penis. FML

Today, I tried to email my Dad a picture of someone we knew that I'd found on the Internet. He called me later to inform me that I had actually sent him a picture of myself in a naughty school girl outfit that I'd taken for my husband. My mom was laughing her ass off. FML

Today, I was reminded of a time I borrowed my grandpa's camera and later thought I was clever because I deleted the pics off the camera. Now I know those pics must have showed up later on his computer. FML

Am I the only one who says FYL!? WTF at all these jerks telling you YDI. First of all, why is ANYONE on this site who believes that taking pics like that (regardless of whose camera it is) is disrepsectful? REALLY!? Second of all: #19 and everyone else calling "shenanigans"- you're all pretty ignorant. You have the internet at your finger tips and you can't google cameras that do this? I had a Sony camera that did this very exact thing. It had a trash folder, a folder for all of the regular pics, a folder for videos, and then a folder for pics that had been edited (like turned to the side or right side up). Back to disrespect- learn to have a little fun for crying out loud. I will say that your dad handled it well. It means he was more amused with it because he wanted to embarrass you. To me, it would have been worse to find out later that he could still see them and he never said anything.

this is exactly how i found out my uncle is gay.... he borrowed my camera to a party he was throwing and i happened to see pictures of him and his partner kissing in the trash folder... he still doesnt know that i know

i dont think its soo bad. my mom knows ive sent them before and she just laughed. although if you didnt know that its illegal if your under 18 and both you and your bf could get in a shitload of trouble. i'd suggest showing him in person, not in pics.
