#40 - I think #19/26 is joking (gladiator fights ... seriously?), get over yourself and your righteous ways
Okay, you didn't need to try and buy -everything-, you could have bought one thing. But,also, the lady was rude.
You fel for one of the OLDEST tricks in the book. Works with women and clothes, works with guys and power tools.
How is that going to 'show her'? It seems like type of store where people get commission. If people are rude, ask if they get commission. If they say 'yes', then tell the rude person, "Then I'll make sure to buy something when you aren't here because I want to make sure you don't get a dime of it." was she rude? Totally. It was un-called for on her part, she's there to help you whether you buy anything or not. And besides, it's not unusual for me to windowshop/ask tons of questions/try on/ask for a demo or sample of something and then not buy a thing that day until payday. Then, all I have to do is walk in, get it, and not worry about it.

wow so embarassing :(
Sorry, but you kind of deserved that. I think confronting her about being a snobby little shit would have been better. Well, at least you aren't stuck with $500 worth of over-priced items that will only be out of style in about a month. :)
woman, sheesh.
You deserve it for shopping in shitty stores like that... who needs to spend buttloads of money on stores that are so rude and pretentious? You can find everything you need at Shopko and Meijers and Target and WalMart, and if you're really looking for a gem you can go to St. Vincent's or Goodwill. Trust me, it's way cheaper and way better.

that's just... stupid. plain and simple. why on earth would you buy things you didn't even really want just to try to "show" a saleswoman? what does it matter really?
